How can I participate in the "Ferrero Travel Champions" activity?
Easy! Spend at least 20€, or equivalent in local currency, on Ferrero products in the Duty-Free stores of selected airports during the promotional period as indicated in Terms & Conditions. The promotion covers all Ferrero products (Ferrero, Nutella, Kinder, Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac) available in duty free stores during the promotional period based on stock availability.
Which are the selected airports and promotional period?
The Activity follows different schedules in the different Duty-frees,
  1. In Frankfurt Duty-Free, the Activity opens on 2nd of April 2024 at 9:00 a.m. and closes 4th June 2024 at 11:59 p.m. European Time (period for the purchase). Then you'll have 14 days from the date of purchase to upload your proof of purchase on the participation website.
I've made a purchase, what's next?
  • Please visit the promotional website
  • Create an account and confirm your registration.
  • Log-in to your account and upload your proof of purchase receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Check your profile, if everything has been done correctly, you will find your credits uploaded in your wallet automatically!
Now, you can choose to claim your reward by clicking on "USE CREDITS" button or upload a new receipt, to increase your wallet. Your reward can be claimed until 30/09/2024.

You can upload as many receipts you want, even for purchases made at different airports (as long as they were made during the promotional period) to earn more credits, until the end of the campaign.
Please note that if you click on "USE CREDITS", the credits counter will restart from zero.
I purchased more than 20€ in Ferrero products. How do I get all the credits I am entitled to?
Every 20€ spent entitles to 20 credits. You can upload as many receipts you want, even for purchases made at different airports (as long as they were made during the promotional period) to earn more credits, until the end of the campaign.
Please note that if you have purchased more than 20€ on Ferrero product on the same receipt, you will need to upload the same receipt once for every 20€ spent to receive more credits.
What is the reward?
An amount of credits to be spent to have a discount on booking hotel stays around the world in the features available on the Travel Credits platform.

You will have the choice to:
  • either spend the full Prize in one single booking, by choosing one among the accommodations which allow the use of 20 Credits or above;
  • or spend the full Prize in different bookings, by choosing one among any other accommodations, which allow the use of less than 20 Credits.
The number of Credits that can be used in each individual accommodation are automatically displayed and applicable to the booking.

For further details, please check on the TLC Travel Credits Platform the service features offered by each facility and Terms and Conditions of use of the platform, before proceeding with the booking.

You can use your credits within the 28th of February 2025.

Please note that the discount applied can be different from facility to facility and depending on the search settings. It is possible that even the same Hotel, based on the selected criteria (for examples: type of room, type of rate, dates of stay and number of guests selected) shows different discounts.
How can I use my reward?
To use your reward please
  1. Visit Travel Credits platform;
  2. Click on the URL received through email and type the USERNAME that you can find in the same email, in order to access to your profile;
  3. Search your hotel by choosing a destination and inserting all the required information such as number of hosts and rooms needed. A list of venues will be displayed and the discount will be automatically applied to the prize of the hotel.
  4. Select your favourite facility, enter the required data in the booking form and finalize the reservation.
  5. You will receive an email summarizing the booking data which needs o be showed to the Hotel selected during check-in.

The value in euros of the discount applied to the single booking will be deducted from your credit amount until it is exhausted. The remaining amount after the discount has been applied must be paid directly on the platform by credit card.
